However, this also presents us with a unique challenge: how do we continue offering enterprise-level protection at a home-lab price point while ensuring that the home lab tier is used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes?

Having said that, listening to some of our customer’s feedback, it became even more apparent that our customers wanted more from the product.

Performance and User Experience—Overwhelming Satisfaction
We’re absolutely thrilled that 94% of you are satisfied with Zenarmor’s protection and performance, and a similar percentage expressed satisfaction with the overall user experience. While 5% of you reported some performance issues, we deeply appreciate the detailed feedback you’ve shared, and our team is already working to resolve these concerns.
Configurable Policies—Room for Improvement
When we asked, “Are you satisfied with the number of configurable policies available in your Plug and Secure Home. subscription?” The responses were a bit divided: 50% said yes, but a significant 42% expressed desire for more policies. We understand this is an important capability for many of you, as we’ve seen on social media as well. While it’s encouraging that over half of the respondents are content with the current options, we are committed to addressing the requests of those who aren’t. Device Limits—Preparing for IoT Growth
The growing use of IoT devices is becoming a major consideration for many of our users. Currently, 65% of respondents are satisfied with the 100-device limit, but we’re already anticipating the increased demand for more devices, especially as homes become more connected through IoT. Well noted.
More Enterprise Capabilities: Encrypted Threats Prevention, CASB and More!
It’s exciting to see that nearly half of the respondents would like to pay a premium for enterprise capabilities like Full TLS Inspection, CASB and ZTNA.
Many respondents also expressed a strong desire to bring Zenarmor’s Plug. SASE. Everywhere. capabilities to their workplaces—provided they could first test those advanced features in their home lab environments.
